Our Team

Alethia Subil is a Legal Associate of the Firm. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Technology MARA in 2020 and is a dual-qualified Advocate and Solicitor in the High Courts of Sabah, Sarawak, and Malaya.

She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in August 2021, under the tutelage of Grace Chaw at the boutique law firm Messrs. Grace Chaw & Co., Kota Kinabalu. During her practice in Sabah, her key area of practice centers around corporate and commercial disputes, construction adjudication and litigation and debt recovery, appearing in various tiers of court, including the lower courts and the Apex Court.

To widen her horizon, Alethia moved over to the West to undergo her second pupillage at Messrs. LAW Partnership under the tutelage of Law Yew Foo, and was called to the High Court of Malaya in September 2023. She was retained in the dispute resolution team, where her key areas of practice were managing debt recovery for multinational companies and intellectual property enforcement.  Apart from these, she also handled cases relating to corporate and commercial and employment disputes.

Alethia believes in empathy, understanding clients’ issues, and providing practical bespoke advice to achieve the best resolution for clients. She upholds continuous growth, consistently seeking effective and efficient ways to present cases and arguments, ensuring the best outcomes for matters entrusted to her.
