Our Team

Cynthia Lee graduated from Cardiff University, Wales with an LLB Law (Hons) and was called to the Honourable Society of Middle Temple as an utter barrister. Whilst in Cardiff University, she was one of the Top 10 finalist of the Cardiff Law Society Moot Competition. She was also selected to participate in the Carmarthenshire County Council Work Placement Scheme and was placed in the Legal Services Department for several months.

Her main area of practice is dispute resolution involving contractual and tortious disputes. She has represented multinational corporations, developers and contractors in many construction disputes. She has also represented public listed companies and high profile individuals in various commercial dispute and shareholders’ disputes, directors’ breach of fiduciary duties, conspiracy and minority oppression disputes at Messrs Chai & Company.

She is a committee member of the Bar Council Women’s Rights Committee and part of the team leading the Women’s Rights Committee #Kitajagakita Initiative to be carried out nationwide.
