Our Team

Shakila was graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam with Bachelor of Legal Studies (Hons) on 2012. She then earned her Bachelor of Law (Hons) from the same university on 2013. She started her legal journey by commencing 9 months pupillage at M/s Balendran Chong, Kuantan and was called to the Bar on 27 June 2014.

She joined M/s Andrew-David Wong & Ong, Kuantan on 15 October 2014 as Legal Associate where she has been exposed to conveyancing matters such as preparing the Sale and Purchase Agreement and standard form of conveyancing documents, attending to loan documentations (conventional and islamic loan), advising the Banks for drawdown, attending to clients and preparing status reports and correspondences.

On 1 November 2018, she joined Messrs Wang & S.B. Wong as Legal Associate whereby she has been given an opportunity to manage a branch office in Kuantan, Pahang on behalf of the Partners. She was also responsible for attending meetings with the Developers and bank officers, handle files independently from beginning till completion and involve in hiring employees for the firm.

She then joined Messrs Chai & Co. as Legal Associate on 15 September 2021 handling conveyancing matters.
